Clean Sweep – 15 Day Turnaround for Typical House, Includes Interior BPO

• Re-keying of 2 Entry Doors, additional doors as needed

• Front and Back or Garage Door
• Schlage or Kwikset (Master Lock, Protecto, and Other lock types may require additional fee)

• Securing All Exterior Openings, Install Lockbox (if provided, alternative is 4 wheel combo box at $25.00)

• Minor repairs (hole patching, hole size dime size to half dollar, max 10. Rehab bid is provided within 48 hours of first inspection if damage exceeds minor repair.  Paint touch up only if paint available on site

• Wipe down of counters, easy clean, vacuum

• Interior and exterior debris removal (Large items such as cars, furniture may require extended time and fees if debris exceeds 12 Cubic Yards, see chart) Interior debris removed once client provides release.

• Initial Yard Maintenance (Quick mow if grass height max. 2 inches, sprinkler check if water is on)

• Board – ups See Chart for specifics.

• Property Repair Report (Itemized list of needed repairs with rehab bid)

• Interior BPO and Photos

• 3 site inspections prior to Turnover (site assessment, clean sweep, and final inspection and BPO. Client receives BPO and photos of property condition at time of turnover)
